The Best Way To Stay Fit Mentally

Who knows what tomorrow may bring, we have no control over mother nature, but we do have control of our minds? Being prepared for any challenge takes strength and courage, but humans often question their ability to succeed. Faith is the key, believing in something greater, and building relationships is great for the mind. We run around everyday with no care in the world until something happens, then we cry out. Be ready for anything, be prepared, I used to play basketball everyday and night to get better. My mind is more peaceful because I learned how to be prepared, some days I might lose, but majority of the time I win.
